In-Center Hemodialysis (ICH) CAHPS

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires facilities offering in-center hemodialysis care to conduct the In-Center Hemodialysis Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (ICH CAHPS®) survey. Facilities are required to work with an approved vendor to conduct the survey twice a year.

CSS has been an approved vendor for this program since CMS launched it in 2014 and has worked with dialysis facilities across the country ever since.

Features of Our Reports
All facilities have access to an interactive dashboard of survey results that breaks down results by individual survey question, shows trends and comparisons to national benchmarks, and breakdowns at the demographic level. Organizations managing multiple facilities also receive a report comparing facilities to one another.
