CSS has been conducting surveys of consumers about their experiences with their health plans since 1997, prior to the first CAHPS surveys. We have been NCQA-approved for HEDIS CAHPS since the program began, and since then we have been approved by CMS Medicare CAHPS, QHP CAHPS, and Medicare HOS surveys.
In addition to standardized CAHPS and Health Outcomes Surveys, CSS conducts custom studies that support health plan accreditation, coordinated care, and complex case management programs.
