Provider Access Surveys

Assessing compliance with access standards by surveying about appointment availability for primary care and specialists.

To determine whether contracted providers have sufficient availability of appointments to meet standards - whether set contractually or by regulatory or accrediting agencies - CSS surveys providers on behalf of health plans throughout the year.
